Good afternoon, I tried to download the following options for poppy from here
macOS (32 bits)
macOS (64 bits)
I also tried linux archives for ARM - Linux ARM64 (aarch64 64 bits)
But the result is the same

I connected everything according to the instructions from the off site , only for version php 5.6 - because under it it is necessary.

Tell me, who dealt with this, maybe there is not an official assembly for M1?

I created it myself, I will answer.
So far, the only option is not to install MAMP for M1
, but to install MAMP for mac 64 - so that such MAMP starts working through the rosette.
Then there will be no problems installing IonCube.
Only, unfortunately, all this will work through the rosette - but I did not notice any obvious brakes or errors.
Unfortunately, as of 12/03/2021, IocnCube does not have a version for M1 and, judging by the branch on the handicap, it is not planning to develop it soon.
