How to install drivers for AMD Radeon graphics card that are designed for Windows 8.1 on Windows 10 system?

I wanted to switch from win 8.1 to win 10, but the video drivers that fit correctly on my laptop are:
Catalyst 13.1 Legacy Driver for Windows 7/Vista x64 for the integrated Radeon HD 4200
and amd-catalyst-15.7.1-with-dotnet45- win8.1 for discrete Radeon HD 5600 The
laptop is quite ancient - HP Pavillion dv6 3173er, off. The HP website reports that Windows 10 has not been tested on this model.
UPD:
Thanks to those who responded.
In general, the conclusion is this: do not sculpt on your laptop what is not intended for it. These crutches lead to nothing. Nothing good for sure)
I suffered for 3 days trying to set up windows 10 and eventually rolled back to windows 8.

Very simple - run the driver installer.
True, it will not work in 99% of cases, but this is another question.
A driver is a program that adapts the hardware to the operating system.
In your case, the driver ensures normal interaction between the video card and Windows 8.1.
What is Windows 10, your driver does not know.

You probably won't need to install a driver. Windows itself will find it and install it.
