What is "Thsfold\unsrs" in "C:\ProgramData"?

In C:\ProgramData\Thsfold\unsrs I found 35,659 files for 13 GB.
The newest one was created 10 days ago, and the oldest one was created at the beginning of 2015.
I can’t understand: what is it ( what program does it belong to ) and can it be removed painlessly for the OS?
Googling - no relevant results.
Dear experts, please help me figure this out! :)

Yes, anything can be, for example, the result of some kind of Trojan, or some kind of software.
Look at the dates of creation, whether there are fresh files, see what software was running at that time.
What is not systemic is a fact, you can delete it.
The worst thing that can happen is that some program will not find the data.
Therefore, you can not delete it, but archive it and see if they are important for some program, you will be the first to know about it.
If you are interested in knowing exactly what it is and you are willing to spend some time on it - then here it is.
