How to install drivers?

Hello! The other day I bought a PC with Windows 10 installed. I decided to install 7ku, because I have been using it for as long as I can remember and ran into such a problem - I can’t install drivers, because the USB inputs work after the system boots (they work in the BIOS), there is no disk entry.
The only option that I myself see is to remove the hard drive and put it on another PC in order to drop the drivers there. The option is difficult for me, so I write here.
TL;DR
Question: how to install drivers?
Problem: there is no usb, no dvd, no internet drivers to download drivers.

Take usb flash drive from livecd distr. linux. It will boot from usb, in most cases the Internet will work out of the box. Download the driver and throw it on the hard drive.

If there is bluetooth on the laptop, you can transfer the driver for the network from the phone. Well, then it will be possible to download all the other firewood.
