The nuances of developing web applications Python (PostgresSQL) Django, Flask, Twisted / on Windows?

I want to hear from people who actually do this.
The computer is weak for Unix virtualization like OS.
I also don't want to switch to Linux. I have been using Mint for a long time, on an old laptop. Yes, everything is cool there, Python 2.7 out of the box.
Installing and running a Django project in a virtual environment with a few commands. I UNDERSTAND IT.
It is interesting to me to hear those who work under Win. There are some =))

Nuance # 1: The more similar the development environment and the production environment, the less surprises await you.
Nuance number 2: Some libraries on Windows are placed only under the throat singing of a shaman with a tambourine and only at a certain phase of the moon.
Nuance No. 3: Python 2.7 will soon go to legacy, learning it in 2016 is at least strange (although not so strange, if you remember what the author of the question wants).
Nuance No. 4: If you are too lazy to put Linux on a PC (and the phrase "I also don't want to switch to Linux" in this context, you can't interpret it otherwise) - what will happen when you take the first project? You say: "Even I'm too lazy, I'll go and play dotan"?
