How to install Debian?

Please tell me some step by step instructions for installing debian. I can't figure it out either. For example, I want to download from the office. site cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/7.8.0/i386/bt-cd what should I download from here? If all at once, then I don’t understand how I will write it down on a USB flash drive together?

This is such a test for innate Linuxity - install Linux on your own, reading Google and not asking questions on the forums. If you can do it yourself, then a beard will grow and the skin will be covered with a sweater, if not, sorry, use the windows

Man, it takes 5-6 minutes to install Debian, there are thousands of articles on the Internet + excellent documentation on debian.org By the way , PACH174 says the topic, especially the option is convenient so that there are no weighty images.
