Is something strange going on with the server?

I'm trying to connect to the server via ssh via PuTTy - Network Error: Connection Timed Out. Then I decided to try to connect via the web console (see picture). It all started after the first restart of the server. OS - Linux Debian

Kernel fails to mount rootfs and shows emergency-shell from initramfs.
Read the download log, remember what has changed and roll back.
