How to install custom kernel on Centos 7 on XEN hypervisor?

[[email protected] ~]# grep GRUB_DEFAULT /etc/default /grub
GRUB_DEFAULT=0

[[email protected] ~]# uname -r
3.10.0-123.13.2.el7.x86_64

For some reason, the old kernel is loaded all the time
