How to install control-center in Ubuntu?

At first, the Ubuntu settings did not open, then I removed it using the
sudo apt-get remove gnome-control-center command.
sudo apt-get install gnome-control-center is not installed back.
E: No installation candidate found for package "gnome-control-center"
