How to install Cisco Anyconnect on Ubuntu?

I found in Apple Configurator 2 additional types of iOS device connection - Cisco Anyconnect where there are fields for specifying On Demand Domain. After the patent war, they cut out from iOS the ability to specify domains, when accessed, the VPN tunnel is turned on automatically. Now the main question is, is it possible to install something like Cisco Anyconnect emulation, I have to enter SERVER , not CLIENT?

If I understand the idea correctly, then you can install OCServ on ubuntu to connect via Cisco AnyConnect.
