How to install ARGB fans and not make a mistake?

Disclaimer! I do not understand this from the word at all (well, or almost) everything that is presented in the question is only my guesses. I need your advice.

The task was to buy 6 120th fans in a rather stuffy case in which there is only one - for blowing.
The store selected 120k with 4-pin power and 3-pin argb backlight.

3-pin argb suddenly who does not know

In the same store, I looked at splitters for power and addressable lighting, having carefully studied the reviews in which I found "low quality" for such a price, which was expressed in the fact that printed circuit boards or ordinary wired splitters did not have any additional. food, etc., on the same printed scarves there were just tracks (no other electronic elements), which did not inspire much confidence for me personally, but one such stray cost from ~ 699 rubles in my city.

Based on this, I decided to buy splitters on the most popular Chinese site, where each splitter I needed cost up to 100 rubles.

Everything was bought and delivered, and then I began to have questions.

Questions:
1. 1x4-pin to 3x4-pin fan connection splitter came as follows

Do I understand correctly that this is how it should be, the speed will be monitored from one fan and regulated on all 3?
Or the Chinese deceived me and can I open a dispute and try to return at least 50%?
Well, because I'm going to take fans without voltage regulation for me, this is not critical, as I understand it, but I just want to know.

2. Directly powering the fans, can the 4-pin motherboard connector "pull out" three fans? The characteristics say the starting voltage is 7V, the maximum voltage is 12V, the maximum current is 610mA.

3. Due to my inattention, 4-pin connectors were ordered for ARGB backlights instead of 3-pin (as in the introduction to the question). Then I thought that that's it and you need to order new ones so as not to confuse the contacts. in this case, "fool protection" does not work, but then I found this picture:
This is a cheat I thought

Then, in theory, I can connect everything as I drew it in the diagram below and everything will work and I won’t “burn” anything? (not the master of explanation in words drew on this)

1. yes. the connector has only 1 speed sensor input (yellow wire), so only one of the fans is monitored, choose which one, if all are of the same model, then don’t care.
2. in the instructions for the motherboard, the maximum current per connector should be indicated, usually there is something about 3 amperes, so consider what the total current of the fans is. it's good to have a current margin of at least 25%
3. yes, the power contact is marked with an arrow, use it to orient yourself during assembly.
The splitter will have 1 extra wire that is not used.

WOW! 6 carlsons!)
There is a wonderful piece of iron based on arduino from the company GELID. Called CODI6 ARGB CONTROLLER KIT.
In your case, you don't even need to program anything. Just connect the device itself inside the system unit, hook up fans to it and then assemble the system according to the instructions and upload the executable code.
There will be beauty!
