How to increase the time between requests when the plugin is running?

Guys, tell me how to increase the time between requests in the Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin (which regenerates images in Wordpress) on the site 6000 images, so after 5 minutes the hosting cuts down the site due to heavy load.

If you have to work on a weak hosting, then I usually use wp cli

1. Change hosting.
2. Perform regeneration on the local site, re-upload the pictures.
