How to increase internet speed on Windows 10?

Lenovo E470 laptop appeared at home. On board - Windows 10, freshly installed.
The problem is slow Internet speed (home Wi-Fi). All Windows updates are installed, drivers are installed from the manufacturer's website. In the update settings "download from other computers is disabled." The "Auto Window Level" feature is disabled. Firewall disabled, no antivirus.
Wi-Fi mode: 802.11n
Speed measurements through speedtest show depending on the servers:
Download: 1.8 - 4.3 Mbps
Upload: 18 0 36 Mbps
At the same time, on an old laptop with Windows 7, the measurement results are as follows:
Download: 15-35 Mbps
Upload: 26 -35 Mbps
Any idea where to dig? What else can be wrong in the top ten?

I asked myself - I will answer.
In the settings of the Wi-Fi router, you need to disable the thing called "WMM"
