Why are the prices in the Windows Phone store so crazy?

I was going to buy myself a HTC Mozart phone, but after looking at the prices of games in the Windows Phone Marketplace, I was horrified. On average, prices are 3 times higher than those of competitors in the face of Android Market and Apple Appstore.

Comparing the same games. Some, like Angry Birds, are generally free in the Android Market, and cost about $1 in the Apple Appstore. At the same time, in the Windows Phone store, this game will cost 104r, which is more than $3.
The situation is similar with almost all popular toys.

I don’t really want to hack the phone, because I’ve heard about the buggy of cracked games tied to Xbox Live Achievements, and it’s nice to pay for the work of developers. Another thing is that Microsoft has something with its own pricing policy.

Tell me, if anyone knows - what is it all about and why is it so expensive? Can there be any reasonable explanation for such a nightmare? A day ago, I was ready to buy Mozart, but now I'm thinking about it.

The answer, I think, is simple: at the moment, every developer spends energy (money) on developing / porting their product.
at the moment, WP7 is not very common, therefore, there are few buyers, and money also needs to be repaid.
as soon as the audience grows, then the prices will collapse.

What does the M$ pricing policy have to do with it? prices are set by the developer...
But buy Mozart =) WP7 is good...

And for some reason that doesn't surprise me. Windows same.
From my experience, I don't think you will need very many programs.
