Guideline 5.2.2 - Legal - AppStore, what do they need?

Hello!
Apple has repeatedly sent me a refusal with the wording:

Guideline 5.2.2 - Legal

Your app contains content or features that may violate the rights of one or more third parties. Specifically, your app requests, displays, or distributes third-party account information in order to allow unauthorized access to said service.

Your app and its contents should not infringe upon the rights of another party. In the event your app infringes another party’s rights, you are responsible for any liability to Apple because of a claim.

Next Steps

To resolve this issue, please attach documentary evidence in the App Review Information section in App Store Connect evidencing that you have all necessary rights or permissions to request, display, or distribute account information in your application. In accordance with section 3.2(f) of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, you acknowledge that submitting falsified or fraudulent documentation can result in the termination of your Apple Developer Program account and the removal of your apps from the App Store. Once Legal has reviewed your documentation and confirms its validity, we will proceed with the review of your app.

I use the open API of the service to get information, I sent their rules to Apple, where it says that the API is public - they replied that there is no permission (or something like that) to use data for advertising purposes, to which I also answered in accordance with the rules (I do not use my data for advertising purposes).
Today I sent it again with an indication of all the points from the rules - the answer is higher again.
In the application, I save the username and password of the user (users add their own) to access the API.
What needs to be done to get Apple to skip the app? I suspect that the point is just to save the login and password from a third-party API. How then to proceed in this case?

There is a tricky way, not the fact that it will work. Throw a new build on review, so you will get a new reviewer. Also throw an appeal on the current one :)))

How do you store your username and password? This often happens to us and we have not encountered any obstacles.
