Why is this task needed in Task Scheduler?

the name of the DNS Update task, but I still don’t understand why it is needed. it runs "/.../Windows/system32/dnsup.vbs" with the trigger "when any user logs on". And another question, why do we need SystemSettingsBroker.exe ? When I complete it, nothing changes.

SystemSettingsBroker.exe is a Microsoft process and only they know exactly what it does.
But the dnsup.vbs file raises some doubts. At least I don’t have dozens of this in my home edition. Look what's inside of him!
And yes, in such questions, the version and edition of windows should be indicated.
