Perhaps after visiting an ophthalmologist you did not fully understand the issue. -1 and -1.75 are diopters, diopters characterize the refractive power of the optical media of the eye. Moreover, these two numbers can describe the strength of the glasses that you have been prescribed, or the magnitude of the clinical refraction. But this is not even important, the important thing is that you have one of two different conditions - myopia, in which minus diopters cannot be changed by any exercises and glasses in principle (only by surgery or with aging, when the type of ametropia can change), or you have a spasm accommodation, if your condition did not arise in childhood, after an injury or surgery. Spasm of accommodation can be eliminated medically (well, or with the help of exercises, if time is not a pity). The indicators that can be changed are visual acuity, which ranges from zero (blindness) to 1 or more.
What I wanted to say is that health problems should be solved by a doctor, exercises and all sorts of homemade recipes are useful if you know what you are struggling with and what you are trying to achieve. First, find out what is wrong with your eyes, otherwise, in idle attempts to train your eyes, you can lose time for treatment.
If you do not treat the spasm of accommodation (the so-called false myopia), you can miss the chance for a complete restoration of vision ("one" or what you used to have). Myopia without proper supervision can even lead to retinal detachment. Your vision is still slightly changed, do not expect the worst, be treated by a competent ophthalmologist, wear glasses or lenses (although it is still too early for you if visual acuity correlates with refraction). And sorry it's so long, I really wanted to help)

5-minute breaks every hour in front of the monitor, more walks in the fresh air, f.lux and vitamins for the eyes. Eyes get tired less and see better

1. Take breaks after straining your eyes (especially computer games, where there are a lot of small objects or the picture changes dynamically)
2. Watch the monitor / TV / books in normal lighting and again - TAKE BREAKS.
3. Do exercises for the eyes every day for 15 minutes.
charging:
1. Stand in front of a well-lit and evenly lit wall in the center of more than 2 meters.
2. Look from the upper left corner diagonally to the opposite corner (many times, but in moderation)
3. similarly to step 2, only now to another diagonal
4. go through all the corners clockwise, top against
5. Put your finger in front of the nose ( 10 cm). Focus on the finger for 5 seconds, then on the wall for 5 seconds (repeat a lot)
after that, walk in nature for 15 minutes to rest your eyes

I lost my eyesight as a child. The doctor prescribed treatment - vitamin B12, injections. For two weeks I went to the treatment room in the morning and in the evening, and here is the result, which is still at the “no glasses” level. And I don’t believe in “classes” and “breaks”. Tried it somehow, but quickly gave up.
