Choice of "artificial tear" drops?
Good afternoon.
A month ago, he underwent cataract phacoemulsification and returned to work. Closing the sick leave, the ophthalmologist recommended the use of "artificial tear" drops. At the pharmacy, I suddenly found out that there are quite a lot of them and the price range is also not small. So far I have taken the cheapest "Defislez", but I must admit that I do not notice much improvement so far.
If you use these, please share the names and your reviews.
Thank you.

Try Hilo-Komod Forte.
You can also use the usual one, but as the ophthalmologist explained to me, forte is more viscous and creates a more stable film that protects the eye.
