How to make color on macbook retina less saturated and save eyesight?

Hello!
You need to make black less black, blue less blue, etc. This is especially true for fonts. I want to remove the load on my eyesight due to very bright colors, especially in safari when viewing the text of articles. The font is very black and bright. It is interesting that the eyes do not strain on the tn imac matrix, I think this is just due to the less saturated colors of the matrix.
Tried to set the brightness less or more - does not help. Monitor contrast in accessibility is at a minimum. Night shift doesn't help either.
I noticed that when the font becomes smaller then the colors become less saturated.
I've looked all over the internet and haven't found a solution yet. The apple retail store also makes a helpless gesture.
By the way, on windows laptops with lower ppi matrices, the eyes do not strain. Both matte and glossy.
Maybe someone knows how to solve the problem?
I will be very grateful!

As an option to remove anti-aliasing from fonts.
Or try to calibrate the monitor (I did not do it myself)

I just turned off anti-aliasing and warmed up the colors with f lux. It became much easier, otherwise after Windows bold fonts are completely unusual

Hello,
I ran into this problem after switching to a macbook pro 15' retina (or rather, the transition has not yet succeeded, I think I'll have to hand it over). Tried everything that is possible: different calibrations, brightness, fluxes and so on.
Eyes cannot read black text on a white background. Nearby is asus matte, when you look at the same text, your eyes relax. My wife has exactly the same mac, there is also (the wife has no such problems).
So far, all that I have found out empirically is that it is the high contrast of black text on white that matters.
Inverted colors are perceived normally, or if the background of the text is at least gray, well, working with graphics does not strain the eyes.
When setting a non-standard resolution (slightly larger), the text becomes less clear - it seems that this slightly reduces the effect.
