How negatively will the increase affect computer glasses in the long run?

Gunnar took glasses, and as I found out later, they have a slight increase in the picture. How bad can it actually be? 10-15% increase. The work is connected with a computer, my eyes get tired, so I decided to take one for myself. Vision itself is good.

I think very bad. I read the literature on ophthalmology (prof. for doctors). There, on the contrary, it was advised when reading, working at a computer, and generally working with close objects, to wear glasses that reduce the picture. Like, the closer the harder it is to the eye, but from the fact that we are within four walls and they are all close, eye strain is constant. There comes a violation of accommodation, spasms of accommodation, acquired myopia and many more complex words)))
PS: I'm not a doctor.

In general, ophthalmologists operate not with an increase / decrease, but with diopters, etc.
Any "increase" / "decrease" - this means a convex or concave lens = glasses with diopters ... That is, for correction.
And yes, besides this, even in zeros one way or another, the axes and interpupillary distance appear, which are different for different people. Therefore, abstract glasses are rather harm. Especially for long term use.

You need to make an appointment with an ophthalmologist and determine your vision parameters. Then, according to the prescription, take glasses.
Read about "full and incomplete vision correction." Now they are leaning towards a complete correction.
The first article that came across about everything
Keep this in mind when you go to the doctor. Doctors come from different schools, so you also need to turn on your head yourself.
I used to get bad glasses.
And after that, if you want, make glasses with yellow glasses, with blue filtering. Does it make sense, you should also read it.
To keep your eyes dry, you need moisturizing drops.

I took Gunnar's glasses,

I don't know what this crap is, but all the "computer glasses" are gone along with the CRT monitors.
The work is connected with the computer, the eyes get tired,

the problem is not in glasses, but in a completely different one:
1. Your monitor and keyboard are not positioned correctly on the table, or you have a laptop
2. You have problems with vision and health in general
3. You have problems with your head (you suggested to yourself that your computer is hurting you
