How to improve sound on Linux (Manjaro)?

To begin with, I will explain what I mean by "poor sound quality", which I have at the moment.

Imagine that you have an equalizer and you cut down the frequencies from 0 to 120 by ***. That's about the sound quality I have to hear, that is, the bass range is not audible at all.

Adding magic lines to /etc/pulse/daemon.conf doesn't solve the problem (the sound quality doesn't even change).

And the question is: how can you really effectively improve the sound quality?

PS On windows, the sound was many times better.

@Viksf

you need to improve analog sound, and not look for how to distort digital
