How to import texture from blender into Unreal Engine 5?

If you have the texture as a separate file, then just drag it into the Content Drawer window, and then add it to the material.
If you need to export the texture from blender as a separate file, and then upload it to ue5, then click on the material and on the button shown in the photo. Select one of the options, for example 1st and the texture is exported to the folder where the .blend file is saved. And then just throw the texture in ue5
