How to import psd with vector smart objects in After Effects?

There is a psd file, it contains vector smart objects. How can I import them into After Effects so that they stretch without pixels, like a vector, and so that all layers are separate, like in the original psd? The option to save through eps, and then in AI saves all AI layers as one or two layers.

We save from PS, each smart object separately in pdf .
Open in AI. We scatter the file into layers, save it in AI and upload it as a composition in AE.
