How to get margins from psd?

Good day! Undertook for the first time to typeset layout for educational purposes.
I figured out how to cut graphics from psd using Photoshop in a few clicks, but what to do with pixel values, margin paddings? How to get them quickly and easily without sweating with a ruler?

in fsh CC2015 and above - select the layer, hold down ctrl, hover over other layers - see the distances
