How to import linux redhat virtual machine to windows virtualbox?

Hello. I need to deploy a virtual machine on windows. They sent me an archive with a hard disk image and an ovf file. When importing, it gives an error: VBOX_E_FILE_ERROR (0x80BB0004), swears at the "disk" element. If you try to create a virtual machine and select an existing hard disk for it, it gives an error: VBOX_E_IPRT_ERROR (0x80BB0005), Could not get the storage format of the medium 'path here' (VERR_NOT_SUPPORTED).
The hard disk images are located in the images folder and they do not have an extension.
