How to import contact groups in outlook 2007?

Is available outlook 2007 and Yandex mail for the domain. I made contact groups in the web mail muzzle.
Is it possible to pull up contacts and groups from Yandex mail to the standard Outlook 2007 address book?
As far as I understand, the groups in outlook are called "Mailing List"
