Why are mail folder names in English?

There is mail on your own hosting. I can't understand why folders are translated into Russian in some clients, and not in others.
In webmail - all folders in Russian
In Tunderbird - all folders in Russian
In Outlook - only "Inbox"
in Russian On an iPhone - only "Inbox" in Russian
How to make all folders in all clients in Russian? Hosting managed via cPanel

In IMAP, the only standard folder is Inbox, Sent Items, Drafts, Deleted Items, Spam, and so on. may be named differently. Therefore, IMAP clients usually have a setting that allows you to match a standard folder with its name on the server. If the match is not set, then the mail client will show the folder with the name with which it is given by the server, and as a rule it is in English. If set, then the behavior depends on the client. The mail client sometimes translates the name of standard folders. Sometimes it doesn't translate.
Accordingly, in order for everything to be guaranteed in Russian, it is necessary to rename the folders in Russian in the mail client, and then set their location, for example, for Outlook it is something like this:
https://s.mail.ru/7jo5/2HktB3Xz7
but you will have to configure it separately in each client.
"Smart" IMAP servers of free mail providers are sometimes able to detect the incoming client and slip him folders with the names that he uses by default and taking into account the user's language, but this is unlikely for a hoster.
