How to import a 3D printer to Russia?

I ordered the largest CreatorBot-3D model on kickstarter.
Prices up to 1000 euros fit.
They should have kept within the mass, but the manufacturer apparently changed something and now the printer weighs 35 kg instead of 30.
We took 2 packs of plastic out of the box, but we still don’t pass by weight. I suppose that after removing the protective glasses we will meet.
The question is different, the Labor Code indicates that 3D printers are prohibited for import into the Russian Federation (including for personal use).
Is it so?
If yes, how to get around it?
Or is it easier to return the printer?

Take it apart, break it into a couple of parcels, it will pass like a spare part. Only one question remains))) will you collect it back.
