Is there an inexpensive open fab lab in Moscow?

Recommend a fab lab in Moscow with low access prices. I would like to assemble a prototype piece of iron (mostly mechanics), I need access to a bench tool, a cnc milling cutter for aluminum, a drilling machine. Well, on the little things - a soldering iron, a 3d printer (any one will do). It would be nice to have a laser engraver / cutting - gears and gear cut (but if not, I'll just bring it with me). To work for a couple of days in March.
PS I myself am no longer a student, and in fact most of the fab labs disappear - only for schoolchildren / students. Even in online catalogs there are a lot of dead establishments in fact - you call, and "we do not work, only products to order."

Or maybe try to make such a workshop for yourself if you have money and desire? Give access to those who wish for money, if no one has bothered to create a fablab outside the institute.

I read that people went to China to make prototypes. Especially locksmith / plastic, etc. there is very developed. It seems that there was an article on Habré - I couldn’t find it, but I found a similar one, though the product is purely electronic there (but I couldn’t find it in the one - everything seemed to rest against the mechanics). article .
At least consider this option - suddenly it will be faster and more profitable than in Moscow.
