How to choose a good 3D printer?

Hello everyone, my question is very simple.
I decided to buy myself a 3D printer, but I don’t understand them at all. I want to immediately buy a more or less good one.
I will print mainly boxes and simple mechanisms like gears.
Let's say the budget is up to 30. I would like a good price-quality ratio, the ability to order a shipment from Russia.

There are no good 3D printers in the hobbyist price range ($300.00-$10,000.00), although... everyone understands the word "good" in their own way. I recommend spending 20-25% of the amount planned for the purchase of a fashionable toy to order 3D printing "on the side", from different artists, on different types of 3D printers. After I did the same myself, I was very glad that I did not spend the remaining 75% on the purchase of this toy.

I advise you to take a closer look at XYZprinting devices. There are suitable models for the budget:
1. XYZprinting da Vinchi Mini: https://province35.com/catalogue/product/77/
2. XYZprinting da Vinchi Jr. 1.0: https://province35.com/catalogue/product/76/
