you need to look in the direction of CAD. Tflex, Compass. And they hardly work on poppies.

Probably, you need something originally created for designing, calculations and, accordingly, drawing, and these software packages do not have such an orientation. Need CADs: AutoCAD, ArchCAD, Compass3D, etc.
