How to implement your idea?

Hello everybody!
Everyone here talks about startups, how quickly they were launched, but no one describes the mechanics of their actions.
Well, I have an idea, I strongly believe in it! I know that she will shoot and in general, we will sell ourselves to Facebook for a billion! But there is no money .... I'm not a designer, not a programmer (I'm more of a soldering iron), I don't have much experience as a team leader, and there is no team either.
But I found someone to order a website, applications and design, they calculated the real cost of the work for me. While without promotion and promotion.
Well, so what to do next? How does "it's all" work, to whom to tell about the idea? Do projects like Rusbase work?

But there is no money

Bank credit.
The same should be included in the budget.
To realize your idea completely or MVP ?
The plan is usually this: get money for an MVP, look for investors, or look for money for promotion and launch it yourself.

oh how much can you?
guys, in order to get something, you need to give something -> such is life.
no money, no competencies, no team -> no project.
and do not listen to dreamers about how someone gives money for an idea, and so on and so forth.
there are a lot of ideas that are a billion times better than yours, for example, a free multi-billion dollar idea from me -> a cure for AIDS!
great idea for a startup? -> except that I'm not a biologist, not a chemist, and I don't have money for development. I am looking for those who will do everything for me, I will share billions in the implementation.
PS
start-up with the construction of houses is also in force. if anyone is interested please contact.
and just do I have a lot of ideas, but there are no those who will implement them for me (
sad bid.

In your case, I would advise you to learn programming and implement your ideas on your own. Don't expect the result right away (neither investors nor a billion), but you will get a good experience, and in the future if you continue, who knows...

On many resources, many startup gurus advise first of all to check the idea on the fingers. Then implement an MVP product and start selling. Under a working business, you can find an investor who will give money for turnover ...
There is a lot of information on this topic on the net - to get a specific recommendation, you need specifics. What project are you thinking of?

My opinion is the following: if you want to realize your idea - the main thing is not to be afraid to discuss it!
During the discussion, your idea may well be completely transformed, there is a chance to find a team of like-minded people, perhaps even an investor!
In addition, since you have found someone who is ready to implement it for you, therefore, have you already shared your idea with someone else?
So, conclusion.
Where to start: find a popular, relevant forum on your topic (i.e., where your potential customers hang out) and offer to discuss your idea! And then it kind of spins on its own! This is the first and most difficult step!

I hope you are not among those whose idea has already been implemented. A lot of people "hide" their idea, and then, when they have already written all the code, bought domains, servers, they say, "look, it's cool? isn't it?". In response, they often receive a lot of links, where the same thing was implemented a long time ago. Nicholas is right. Don't be afraid to discuss your ideas with people.

look for money or a team (co-founders). Ideally, both.
the option proposed by Sergey Kapirusov takes longer, but you only waste your time. Well, in the case of "didn't shoot" you will have experience.
