Hello, I periodically run ads in direct and Yandex, what tools are there to find out from which request a person went and performed this or that action? For some reason, YandexMetrica does not always display this correctly.

You need to tag each ad with UTM tags, which, among other things, convey both the phrase and the source, and much more. Information from them can be tracked in the reports of Metrika analytics systems (both reports and web browser), Google Analytics and any end-to-end analytics systems.
Along with this, it is very convenient to view the report in "real time" mode in Yandex.Direct through the "Report Wizard 2.0". You select a campaign, impressions, clicks, other columns and sections you need and use the "Display condition" section, sort by clicks and look at which phrase the lead came from.
