How to implement workstation autotuning?

Good afternoon!
There are workstations in the form of a PC.
Is it possible to perform remote autoconfiguration?
Setting:
1. Software installation.
2. Introduction to the domain.
3. Creation of a local admin.
4. Enabling / disabling certain services (for example, Wired auto-configuration).
In general, prepare the workstation for operation.
As an answer, I will even accept a hint where to dig.
Thanks in advance!

@MaxDukov

we have implemented this through a pre-configured "fill" - an image.
In fairly large offices where I worked earlier (Ford and Nissan) - almost the same, with the exception of the script, which started at the first start and did some fine-tuning. The script can be written on what you know how - PS / VB / something else

SYSPREP'om prepare an image from the prepared machine, in the ini file you prescribe the domain, login and password for connection. The local admin will remain from the image.
Or do you have to do everything remotely? Then force the User to boot from a flash drive with Acronis, with a prescribed task, where to get the image from and where to deploy it. Didn't do it myself - didn't have to.
