The question arose of choosing a service desk from two products. Naumen Service Desk and Manageengine Support Center. Who has experience with these systems? What are the pros and cons of each?

Kind of a weird comparison. Naumen is an expensive enterprise solution. Manageengine is more of a SMB solution

Naumen is the market leader, sort of. I haven't personally encountered it myself, but I've heard a lot of good things about the first one.

Depending on your needs about the format of providing a solution:
There are other solutions on the market, but if you choose by quality and reliability, then definitely Naumen
