How to implement viewing and recording of webcams (USB) from different PCs?

Hello!
5 PCs (windows) in one network.
USB cameras are connected to 4 PCs.
How can I organize viewing and recording (video archive) from these usb cameras?
preferably freeware

on each computer with a webcam, install vlc, which is run with the appropriate command line parameters through the task scheduler. command line parameters must be selected so as to record video from cameras on a network share of a computer.
