How to implement this functionality?

I want to make a website that will use information from fb, instagram, twitter and youtube. For example, I will have a user profile page. It should display photos from the user's insta, the last 3 tweets from twitter, the last 3 videos from youtube and the last 3 posts from fb. What is the best way to do this if you look in the direction of the load? (there will be many users). Photos from insta will be stored with me (I will check for updates on the crown). As for the rest, I don't even know how to do it. If I make requests all the time to several APIs at once, then I think I will have problems with the load and the server will simply lie down. What is the best way to solve this problem?
