How to implement such a call scheme?

There are: Ubuntu 14.04, Asterisk 13, FreePBX 13
Two trunks: multiphone (megafon), another provider (other)
Another provider can change the number when calling to Russia for any number at all. I decided to use this to call my debtors, who became many with the crisis. Now, I have created Outbound Routes ([7][*99+7][.] and change the Route CID handles before each call.
But it became interesting to implement the following scheme:
1. I call from my mobile to the multiphone number
2. I enter the pin code
3 I dial the number to show
4. An asterisk
5. The number to call
6. And everything goes out through other
I found this man on a related topic: asterisk-support.ru/question/51850/podmena-ishodi...
But here the problem is solved with a constant figure (number). And I ideally need to catch input either from an incoming external call or from an internal number. So far, I have not found instructions on this topic.

waiting for input, then sawing ${EXTEN} into two variables - change CALLERID to one, call to the other
