How to implement mobile number verification using a robot call?

Hello. I want to add verification of a mobile number on the site using a robot call, which should dictate a five-digit code that will be generated by my script. I can’t find a suitable service, calls to CIS countries, I tried to use telesign, it works well on a trial subscription, but not everyone is called by a robot (perhaps this is due to a demo subscription), I don’t understand how to get a paid subscription there, I sent them a request for receiving paywall, ignore the second day.
