How to set up call processing in Bitrix 24?

Good afternoon, dear colleagues!
A number of questions arose regarding the connection of a virtual PBX and Bitrix 24. At the moment we are receiving (in a friendly way) PBX services from Asteros, most likely this is Avaya IP 500 (but I'm not sure). There is a task to connect it to B24 and there are questions that could not be answered:

  1. Is it possible to redirect calls from B24 to Avaya Ip phones ? Does this require only a SIP connector (where incoming is free)?
  2. Is it possible to use B24 only for processing incoming calls, i.e. forward calls to devices from the portal, and call from devices directly through PBX, so as not to pay for outgoing calls to B24? Or, if a Bitrix communication server is set in the device settings, then all calls will be made through the portal and you will have to pay for outgoing calls?

Any additional comments and clarifications on this issue are welcome!

1. No, it's impossible.
2. Yes, it is possible. Often they do so.
It is also possible to set up auto dialing directly from B24 (implementation of a call on a click). Those. click on the number from the company or contact card, and the number is already transmitted and dialed to the IP phone.
To set up telephony, you only need to set up the URI references correctly.
