The call is received by the wrong ip device: a problem with the ports?

From time to time there is a problem calling from the IP1 phone to IP2, the screen shows that the connection with IP2 is established, but IP3 answers the handset.
I dug up on the Internet:
In order to allow two or more SIP terminals (VoIP phones or devices) on a network to operate reliably behind one router, please ensure each SIP terminal uses different Local Ports.
Question:
Is it possible using Mikrotik to somehow bind devices to specific SIP and RTP ports. Or please explain if I don't understand something?
PS I am very far from SIP
