How to implement GPO policy enforcement in linux?

There is an AD domain on w2k12r2
There is centos 7 entered into the domain
I want to get GPO policies from centos, parse and, if possible, apply them
Policies of such a plan - shortcuts to network balls or sites on the Internet, mounting usb devices (flash drives, phones, cameras), installing printers and other little things.
Reading and applying policies is scheduled by a bash script.
Actually how it is possible to receive politicians from AD?
