How to implement automatic IP change on the interface in windows-server at a specified interval?

Good afternoon!
Advise a way/software to automatically change the IP address of a network connection after some fixed interval. Static settings. You only need to change the IP, everything else (mask, gateway, etc.) remains unchanged.
