How to implement authorization through Google with automatic DB loading?

Hello.
I want to implement an application:
The user enters certain information into the database, and it is displayed in the ListView.
I have seen in many applications that even when authorizing from another device, the information is automatically restored, how to make a similar system and how does it work?
For example, I entered some information into the database, then I left the account or deleted the application, then I bought a new phone, in the same application I entered the google account of the database that was on the old device and automatically loaded onto the new one with all the information inside it.

In my opinion (and this is logical), the data is loaded from a remote server, but not from any Google, but from yours. At least in office. there is no documentation of anything like that.
