I recently discovered that the site of our company is absolutely not searched in Google. The name of the organization is Googled, but the services we provide are not. Not at all: neither on the first nor on the twentieth page. In Yandex, everything is fine, if not in the first place, then at least on the first page of the issue.
What should be checked in such a situation, where to look?

As mentioned above, add the site to the Search Console and analyze the errors that are reflected in it (usually it takes several days if the site has not been added to the Console before). As a rule, the elimination of these errors leads to a slow, gradual increase in traffic. Try to keep everything in the "green" zone.
Often this is due to the fact that the pages are in the Sitemap, but are prohibited in Robots.txt. There may also be "manual" sanctions for non-compliance with the Google Webmaster Policy.
