What is the easiest way to implement a module that can:

- Save two values in the module settings: Price FROM and Price TO

- When entering the site, display a message about how many goods in the store are in the specified price range.

There is a standard blocklayered filter that generates a link depending on the specified conditions.
You can use this link to display any list of products.
