Can you please tell me how 3D models of objects are created? (in this case, houses)
Subsequently, these 3D models must be entered into the admin panel of the service being developed.
Well, the last stage is the display of these models in a mobile application (Flutter + Dart).

As I understand it, there is such an option:
1. Hire a person who will photograph the object.
2. Transfer photos to a 3D specialist so that he can create a model from these photos.
3. Add a 3D model to the admin panel (respectively, in the database, but it is not yet clear in what format)
4. Display 3D in the application itself for display to users, with the ability to interact with the model (twist, etc.)

There are guesses that hiring a 3D specialist will cost a pretty penny. What is the approximate cost of this kind of work by a 3D specialist?
