Is it possible to create a site with a miscalculation of 3D details?

Good day.
In general, the essence is this.
Interested in the possibility of creating a site so that anyone can order a product in it, having previously indicated the product template and dimensions and in response received a 3D model of this product.
Well, or if it's more detailed, then this:
1. The customer enters the site and selects an approximate product template (let's say a cuff)
2. Indicates the dimensions of interest, perhaps the material and receives a 3D model.
3. He rotates the model, sees how it looks, gets a link to this model (with all sizes, etc.)
4. In the form of an appeal to the manufacturer (the owner of the site, of course), he indicates a link to the product and the manufacturer receives the dimensions of the product (possibly material) and transfers this data to work (let's say in the machine program or in the drawing program)

Perhaps there is nothing supernatural here.
The model can be displayed using WebGL, there are a bunch of ready-made libraries for this.
