How to host a program in the cloud?

Hello! I am a student of one university and received from the teacher the task to place Mathlab on any cloud platform. I myself am not a programmer and a particularly advanced person in web technologies. While working on the issue, I encountered certain difficulties, namely, the providers of these services themselves offer a certain set of programs for use, and I want to place the program from my computer. Please advise what I need to do to solve this problem. Thank you!
