How to connect a router to a modem?
There is an ADSL modem with Wi-Fi from the Ukrtelecom Internet provider, a network cable goes from its LAN port to another Wi-Fi router. But there is no access in the second router. Although if you take this network cable to plug into a laptop, then everything is OK. How to connect the Internet on the router? What to do? Where should the network cable be inserted? WAN or LAN? In what mode to run the router, what to configure? Who knows, help! Thanks in advance!

So open the manual for your wi-fi router and read it there. Setting up PPPoE 100% will be described in the instructions.
